Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! I’m happy to travel for photoshoots, whether it’s to a gym, outdoor location, or your business space. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my local area, and I’ll always provide a clear quote before your session so there are no surprises.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Yes! You can use all photos and videos from your session for personal use and social media. Commercial or marketing use is included with Brand Sessions, or can be added to other sessions for an additional licensing fee. This keeps your content protected while giving you flexibility if you want to use it for business purposes later.
4. How long until I receive my photos/videos?
Event Media Packages: Typically 5–7 business days.
Portrait Sessions: Typically 5–7 business days.
Story or Brand Sessions: Usually 7–14 business days due to editing and cinematic work.
Rush delivery is available if needed for an additional fee.
How long will my session take, and how many photos/videos will I get?
Portrait Session: Typically 45–60 minutes with 10–20 edited photos.
Story Session: Usually 1–2 hours with 20+ photos plus 1–3 short cinematic video clips.
Brand Sessions: 1–4 hours depending on the vision, including photos and videos for social media or promotional use.
Why did you change to pre-order only for meet pictures?
Moving to pre-orders allows me to focus on delivering higher quality photos and a more personalized experience for each athlete. It also helps protect the work being created, as preview images were sometimes used without purchase. This approach ensures I can continue providing the best possible coverage, faster delivery, and a better overall experience for those who book in advance.
